Pro-European protests in the cities of Georgia have been ongoing for 665 days.

Residents of Tbilisi on the 665th day of continuous protests gathered at the parliament demanding a change in political course. Protests also continued in Batumi.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on September 22, on the 664th day of continuous protests, residents of Tbilisi gathered at the parliament demanding a change in political course and the release of those arrested in connection with the protests.

Today marks the 665th day of continuous protests - citizens gathered near the parliament and the city council building in Tbilisi, reports Publika.

The gathered held placards: "Bidzina, you won't take 20 tetri for grapes with you to hell", "Freedom for Mzia", "Russia is the enemy" and "Antsukhelidze is immortal", according to photos published by photographer Georgy Mosiashvili (Mo Se).

Daily protests also continue in Batumi, where activists gathered near the Constitutional Court building. The action was held with a call to free political prisoners, reports Batumelebi.

Protest participants in Georgia have been demanding new parliamentary elections and the release of political prisoners since November 28, 2024. Security forces conducted harsh dispersals of protests, using tear gas and water cannons, and detained protesters. During the protests, thousands of people have faced administrative prosecution.
