The Krasnodar activist complained about the falsification of voters' signatures.

In the documentation at polling station No. 2014, identical signatures of different voters were found, and the arriving police showed no desire to investigate the violations, said Krasnodar activist Vitaly Cherkasov.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on September 19, there were already reports of violations at polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar. There, observer Ekaterina Burdyukova discovered a tenfold discrepancy between the number of records in the logs of early voters and the data submitted to the election commission. The observer called the police.

Today, Krasnodar activist Vitaly Cherkasov reported new signs of violations at polling station No. 2014. "I called the police to polling station 2014 at the Nekrasov library on Krasnaya Street (near the Krasnodar administration). The voter books contain a number of similar signatures for different voters. It looks like the perpetrators obtained ballots using forged signatures," he wrote at 11:08 AM Moscow time in his Telegram channel "Alphabet of the Citizen."

Different surnames, absolutely identical signatures

Cherkasov illustrated the publication with a 21-second video shot in selfie mode at the polling station.

"The police have been called to polling station 2014. I personally saw identical signatures in different lines in one book, for different voters. Different surnames, absolutely identical signatures. We are waiting for the police; I called the investigative team. Let the graphologists sort it out," says Vitaly Cherkasov in the video.

The position of the arriving law enforcement raised questions for the activist

At 12:17 PM Moscow time, Cherkasov published a new video from this polling station. At the beginning of the video, he explained that he is a member of the "Western" TIK of Krasnodar.

The activist reported that police officers arrived at his call and noted that the observer also called the police due to discrepancies in the number of signatures in the books and the data in the State Automated System "Elections."

"The police officers [...] say that they will not take any action, will not seize the acts, will not count, I understand, according to the books. Allegedly, only the CEC will deal with this. The CEC is there, I don’t know, someone else," Cherkasov said in the video.

He then addressed the nearby police officers with the question: "Am I correct in understanding that you will not be documenting the acts that are currently available, and you will not be looking at the signatures either?".

"Can I determine something from this signature?" a police officer skeptically asked in response. "You can photograph these signatures," the activist countered. "Let's first take your statement," the police officer interrupted the discussion.

In the video annotation, the activist reported that "the police do not plan to obtain acts and count signatures, document possibly falsified signatures." "They intend to return the issue back to the electoral system," he wrote.

Recall that on September 19, activists from the village of Lazarevskoye told "Caucasian Knot" that the elections are accompanied by coercion of budget workers to vote, abnormal discrepancies in turnout, and the use of mobile buses for artificial vote padding.

The main voting in the State Duma elections takes place on September 18, 19, and 20. Early voting was organized in 13 municipalities of Kuban and the federal territory of Sirius: depending on the territory, it took place from September 14 to 17, so in part of Kuban, voting lasts up to seven days.
