As reported by "Caucasian Knot", last night a safe was opened containing filled ballots at polling station No. 2059 in the Yubileyny microdistrict of Krasnodar, a monitor stated today.

The publication is illustrated with a 12-second video shot in the polling station. The frame shows commission members sitting at tables and female law enforcement officers.

"An operational investigative group has arrived, and they will now establish all the circumstances regarding the safe, which is believed to have been opened at polling station 2055," says a man off-screen.

Recall that on September 19, activists from the village of Lazarevskaya told "Caucasian Knot" that the elections are accompanied by coercion of budget workers to vote, abnormal discrepancies in turnout, and the use of mobile buses for artificial vote padding.

The main voting in the elections for State Duma deputies takes place on September 18, 19, and 20. Early voting was organized in 13 municipalities of Kuban and the federal territory of Sirius: depending on the territory, it took place from September 14 to 17, so in some parts of Kuban, voting lasts up to seven days.
