The work of the ambulance in Krasnodar has given rise to criticism of officials.

After calling an ambulance, the request was put in the queue, and the team had to wait about two hours, complained a resident of Krasnodar. Other locals, commenting on her complaint in Telegram, noted that the city lacks ambulance teams and criticized officials for the organization of emergency services.

One of the residents of Krasnodar reported that after calling an ambulance, the dispatcher informed her about the request being put in the queue.

The team did not arrive even after about two hours, although the patient had pulse problems, the city dweller pointed out. Her complaint was published on September 5 by the Telegram channel "Tupodar Krasnodar," which has about 56.7 thousand subscribers. As of 10:40 AM MSK on September 6, this post received 90 user reactions and 28 comments.

Users, positioning themselves as residents of Krasnodar, criticized officials for the lack of ambulance teams. "Look, more than 20 years ago, the city had, let's say, about 800 thousand residents, there were 60 ambulance teams, now, as far as I know, there are 62 teams, it has increased by two (two!) teams, while the population is nearly two million. Hence the problem. Wise leadership," wrote Vik.

Krasnodar residents provided various examples of ambulance response times. "In the last year, it's unrealistic to wait for an ambulance and police to respond to a call, they have all disappeared somewhere," pointed out Alexander.

As of 10:40 AM MSK on September 6, there are no comments on the website of the Regional Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Care regarding the complaints of Krasnodar residents about the long wait for ambulance teams.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that residents of Krasnodar have repeatedly complained about the long wait for an ambulance. For instance, on August 23, 2020, a city resident reported that she called an ambulance at 6:30 PM, but the team only arrived around 6:00 AM the next day. At that time, the city ambulance service stated that the staff was overloaded.
