The name of the fighter from Kalmykia killed in the military operation has been revealed.

Dolgan Lidzeev from Elista was killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, at least 258 fighters from Kalmykia have been officially recognized as killed.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, authorities and security forces have recognized at least 257 fighters from Kalmykia as killed.

Dolgan Lidzeev was born on June 19, 2006, in Elista. He graduated from school No. 5. In October 2024, he decided to sign a contract to participate in the special military operation. Private Lidzeev served as a radio operator, reported the state news agency "Kalmykia".

On February 15, 2025, he was killed in the area of the village of Kamenskoye in the Vasilyevsky district of the Zaporizhzhia region. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

Thus, at least 258 combatants from Kalmykia have been officially recognized as killed on the Ukrainian front. "Caucasian Knot" maintains a named list of natives from the North Caucasus Federal District and the Southern Federal District who have been killed in the military operation.
