On January 15, the senior investigator of the Trusovsky District Prosecutor's Office of Astrakhan, Rashid Zhumgaliyev, brought a charge against Damir Batyrshin, former director general of Publishing House Media Prestizh Company, and Vladimir Nikonov, his deputy.
