Advocate reports on violations during investigation into Sergey Fetisov's case

In Sochi, in the course of the trial, the defence of Sergey Fetisov, accused in the case of fraud with land of the Adler Cossack Association, has noted to violations of the terms of the preliminary investigation into the case. Murder of Nazim Gadjiev could be politically motivated, his colleagues believe

Nazim Gadjiev, the leader of the Lezgin movement "Sadval", could be murdered for the purpose of a political provocation. This opinion was expressed by Amirkhan Babaev, the deputy chairman of the movement.
