Referring to some state secrets, the Nalchik City Court in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has refused to satisfy the lawsuit lodged by Olga Begretova, an activist, who demanded to illegitimate the refusal of the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service) to provide the data collected about her. She intends to appeal against the refusal.

A court supported artist Mukhadin Kishev in his dispute over the right to premises of an art house in Nalchik, because of which the artist’s spouse appealed to Ramzan Kadyrov. Following the court’s decision, more than a thousand paintings will stay in Kabardino-Balkaria and will not be transported to some other destinations, announces a lawyer of Mukhadin Kishev.

A court in Shali has rejected the defence's motion to release Zarema Musaeva from the colony settlement for her health reasons. The prosecutor has demanded from the Elista court to find Jehovah's Witnesses* Kishta Tutinova, Tsagan Khalgaeva and Ekaterina Menkova guilty of extremism and sentence them to various suspended (conditional) prison terms. The defence has demanded to acquit the defendants.
