Refusal to sanction rally in Gasanguseinovs' support found illegal

The court has obliged the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) of Dagestan to reconsider the notification about a rally in support of the parents of the murdered Gasanguseinov brothers scheduled in Makhachkala.
