In Omsk, in the city centre, in the square at the Musical Theatre, a picket was organized by activists of three political forces - the United Civil Front, National-Democratic Union of Russia and "Freedom" Party. In the capital of Ukraine, rare activists unfolded a banner with Politkovskaya's photo in Kiev's central square and bagged subscriptions with a demand to accelerate the investigation of the murder, the web resource videonews.com.ua reports.
