The postponement of the heating season start has caused dissatisfaction among Vladikavkaz residents.

In North Ossetia, the main preparatory work for the heating season has been completed, but its start has been postponed to October 19, the authorities said. Residents of Vladikavkaz, commenting on this news on social media, expressed dissatisfaction that the heating season has not yet begun, despite the low air temperature. They complained that due to the cold in their homes, both adults and children often catch colds.

They urged officials to start the heating season based on the actual weather, not the set date, and pointed out the additional costs for heating their homes.

The start of the heating season in North Ossetia has been postponed to October 19.
