The Supreme Court of Dagestan recognized the nine-story apartment building at 2 Abdulla Mizraev Street in Makhachkala as an unauthorized construction.

The Makhachkala administration appealed to the court after a check by the City Capital Construction Coordination Department, which recorded violations of urban planning legislation during the construction of the building, reports "Kommersant" on September 29.
