The deadlines for school repairs in Nalchik outraged commentators.

Repairs in a number of schools in Nalchik continue, despite the fact that the school year has already begun, the promised deadlines have been missed, users of social networks expressed their outrage, commenting on the city administration's message about the start of work after the renovation of school No. 28.

"Caucasian Knot" reported that residents of Nalchik have repeatedly complained about the condition of schools and the prolonged repairs. For instance, on August 20, residents of the "Alexandrovka" microdistrict complained that the repair of school No. 30 has not been ongoing for six months, and children are forced to attend other educational institutions for the second year. They noted that due to studying in the second shift, children return home late, and because of the poor schedule, some of them have refused additional classes. In school No. 5, repairs began after the school year started, and children had to be transferred to other schools, but the administration did not organize transportation for the students, their parents complained on social media.

School No. 28 in Nalchik has resumed operations, where the first comprehensive major renovation since its construction was carried out, the press service of the city administration reported on its Telegram channel.

"The school building has been functioning since 1987. During the extensive construction work, a complete replacement of internal engineering networks was carried out, classrooms, recreation areas, an assembly hall, and a cafeteria were renovated. In the current school year, 812 students have already started the educational process in the updated walls of the school," the city administration informed.
