The observer reported a violation at the polling station in Krasnodar.

Observer Ekaterina Burdyukova called the police to polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar after discovering a tenfold discrepancy between the number of records of early voters in the logs and the data submitted to the election commission.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on September 19, observer Svetlana Terezhol reported a violation at polling station No. 0908 in Gelendzhik: according to her, the safe with completed ballots was outside the video surveillance zone.

At polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar, the logs contain records of about 50 early voters, while approximately 500 were reported to the territorial election commission (TEC), said observer Ekaterina Burdyukova. According to her, due to this discrepancy, she called the police.

A publication about the incident on September 19 was posted by the Telegram channel "Elections in Detail." A video is attached to the post, in which Burdyukova shared the details.

"Polling station 2014. I am observer Ekaterina Burdyukova. A complaint was filed with the police due to the discrepancy between the records in the logs about turnout and the number of data submitted to the TEC. The logs show about 50 early voters. Approximately 500 were reported to the TEC," Burdyukova said in the video.

According to the Telegram channel, the precinct commission No. 2014 announced turnout at 15:00 Moscow time on September 19: by that time, 964 people had voted, or 59.8%. At the same time, about 500 people were counted as having voted early, while the observer counted about 50 signatures in the registers for receiving ballots.

As of 22:40 Moscow time on September 19, there were no comments on the website of the online publication "Herald of the Election Commission of Krasnodar Krai" regarding Ekaterina Burdyukova's statement about the discrepancy in data at polling station No. 2014.
