Gasoline has run out at gas stations in Gelendzhik and Tuapse

Gas stations in Gelendzhik and Tuapse sell only diesel fuel, but drivers waiting for gasoline continue to stand in line, awaiting new supplies.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", since mid-August, the problem of fuel shortages in the Krasnodar region has worsened. In Sochi, there are kilometer-long lines at gas stations around the clock, and speculators are selling gasoline from hand to hand for 200 rubles per liter, residents told "Caucasian Knot" on August 18.

Most gas stations in Gelendzhik are selling only diesel fuel in the morning, according to a report published today on the official website of the city administration. Gasoline AI-92 and AI-95 was only available in the morning at the "Lukoil" gas station in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka.

A similar situation is observed in the Tuapse district: "Of the 13 operating gas stations, AI-95 is left only at one gas station in Dzhubga, and AI-92 is available at two stations (...) Residents and tourists stand in line for half a day," writes "Yuga.Ru".

Despite the fact that all gas stations in Gelendzhik have run out of fuel, some local residents have been waiting in line for more than 16 hours, notes Kuban journalist Andrey Koshik in his Telegram channel.

Drivers remain at empty gas stations, hoping for a new supply of gasoline. "Everyone is standing and waiting for a miracle. There are 180 cars in front of us, and no less behind us," quotes one of them "Cautiously News".

The only gas station with gasoline in Arkhipo-Osipovka turned off its display and stopped working closer to the evening - drivers in line were informed that the gasoline had run out.

According to the "Where is GAS" (Gdebenz.ru) service, as of 20:10 Moscow time today, gasoline is left at the gas station in Dzhubga, where more than 100 cars are waiting for it. The Gdebenz.ru service is based on user reports, so the information displayed on the map is not official. "Caucasian Knot" does not have the ability to promptly verify the accuracy of the information published by users.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that "Rosneft" sent 960 tons of gasoline to Abkhazia, but less than a third of the total volume will be available for sale at gas stations .

We remind you that due to the fuel crisis, drivers in the southern regions of Russia have started to convert their cars to gas en masse, leading to long lines at auto repair shops. Analysts previously noted that the long wait forces motorists to turn to "gray" installers who do not guarantee the safety of the equipment.
