They said that due to the potholes and bumps, the minibus with passengers was swaying heavily and nearly overturned. A resident of apartment building No. 19 on Sochinskaya Street in the Turali area complained about the condition of the road. She said that three people with disabilities live in the building, and they constantly face difficulties due to the state of the road. "We are no longer asking for asphalt, just at least fill it with gravel," she noted.

The resident filmed a video of the street in question. The footage shows a wheelchair user moving along the roadside, while the roadway is covered with puddles and mud.
