The entrance to the sea at Anapa beaches is covered with seaweed, and a strong wind raises clay dust from the sand brought to the coast after an oil spill, bloggers report.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", Anapa beaches, after being replenished with new sand, have turned into a mix of stones and clay, and officials' reports do not correspond to reality, Telegram users pointed out. According to commentators, significant costs were incurred to replenish Anapa's beaches after the oil spill, but the first storms washed away the sand, and the remaining sand on the shore has compacted. Another problem for Anapa beaches after the storm has been the large amount of seaweed. A permit to operate has already been obtained from Rospotrebnadzor for 109 Anapa beaches, while three more are undergoing examination.

The situation at Anapa beaches is described by Anapa bloggers in their Telegram channels.

For instance, Andrey Makovozov writes that the water has warmed up, but vacationers have encountered a large amount of green suspension at the entrance to the sea and clay dust.

"The beach at the guest access - 'Dynamo' right now! There are many people, the heat is +31°C, the sea has become muddy and warmed up to +23°C. A strong wind has risen - blowing clay dust in the face," he writes.

"Vityazevo to the left of the central beach, there is a lot of seaweed today," wrote Yuri Ozarovsky.

The resort season in Anapa has opened against a sharp contrast in the state of the coastline.
