Anatoly Paukow was born on June 14, 1983, in the village of Iki-Chonos in the Yashaltinsky district. In 1998, the family moved to Gorodovikovsk. Paukow attended Gorodovikovsk Secondary School, reported the state news agency "Kalmykia".

Since October 9, 2023, he served under contract in the area of the special military operation. On April 17, 2025, he was listed as missing in the Romonovka area. In December 2025, he was buried in Gorodovikovsk.
