At gas stations in the Krasnodar region, according to local residents, there is almost no gasoline, and people have to wait in line for several hours.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", by the end of July, major gas station networks eased the restrictions on fuel sales in southern Russia, but by August 5, drivers reported ongoing queues at gas stations in Krasnodar and a lack of gasoline at some stations. On July 9, gasoline was absent at some Krasnodar gas stations - one driver noted that he found fuel only at two out of ten gas stations. On August 10, queues at gas stations were reported in Sochi, Gelendzhik, and Krasnodar.

Drivers surveyed on August 10 from the Krasnodar region assessed the situation with gasoline availability at gas stations differently, but agreed that queues remain. The survey is not representative and reflects only the private opinions of those surveyed.

Lana from Krasnodar described the gasoline situation in the city as "sad," "There is simply no gasoline. Either very long queues of 3-5 hours, or empty gas stations. Of course, you can fill up without waiting at private gas stations, but there the price has risen to 90-100 rubles per liter. I myself was only able to fill up outside the city at two in the morning with gasoline at 66 rubles per liter," she said. Lana also noted that she saw cars with Crimean license plates among those filling up.

Vladislav from Armavir also noted the almost complete absence of gasoline. "At network gas stations - 'Gazprom', 'Rosneft' - there is only diesel. Gasoline is only available at a couple of gas stations with crazy queues. 'Traffic jams up to a kilometer'" he stated.

Tatiana from Novorossiysk stated that gasoline is literally available at only two gas stations in the city. "In some places, it has been absent for a week. I had to go to Krymsk to fill up," she noted.

Vadim from Sochi described the situation as difficult. "There is no gasoline. If it appears somewhere, it quickly runs out (a queue of up to 50 cars can form) and the gas station closes. Diesel is available, but there is no gasoline," he remarked.

However, some drivers viewed the situation more optimistically.

A driver from Krasnodar, speaking on condition of anonymity, noted that filling up can be done "absolutely confidently" and gasoline prices have not risen. However, he acknowledged the presence of queues at gas stations, noting that one can wait in such a queue from 10 minutes to an hour.

A driver from Novorossiysk, also speaking on condition of anonymity, is convinced that the problems are caused by hype. "There are no problems with gasoline, there is a problem with people who panic and fill up five canisters. The situation in the city is better now than last month - 23 gas stations are operating, restrictions have been lifted, I filled up yesterday without any limits," he emphasized, also stating that prices have not risen, but noting the presence of queues, where one sometimes has to wait for an hour.

Remember, against the backdrop of drone attacks on oil refineries, including those located in the Krasnodar region, a fuel crisis has arisen in the southern regions of Russia. The gasoline shortage has led to a sharp increase in demand for the installation of gas equipment (GBO). Queues at auto service centers have stretched for several months, and the cost of equipment has nearly doubled.
