On Pioneer Avenue in Anapa, signs have been placed directly on the sun loungers and canopies over the deck chairs. Among the indicated safe locations are nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Commentators on social media noted that the information was posted late, and the shelters are far away.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on August 3, the authorities of the Krasnodar region reported seven deaths and 40 injured as a result of a drone attack in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka near Gelendzhik. On August 4, the operational headquarters of Kuban announced that the number of injured in the drone attack in Arkhipo-Osipovka increased to 58 people.

By the water, there are now stands "Actions in case of a drone attack threat" with images of a drone. Tourists are advised to immediately exit the sea, leave the shore, disperse, and call emergency services in case of danger, reports Yuga.ru.

Blogger Andrey Makovozov noted in his Telegram channel on August 5 that another siren sounded in Anapa in the last 3 hours, also on the "Arkhipki" beaches, but no one is running anywhere. "15:07, it seems everyone was forbidden to swim this morning, here is what is happening now on the beach. The swimming ban has not been lifted today, the scoreboard says swimming is prohibited. Five minutes ago, a siren sounded, but it was not duplicated on the beach, I also don’t know how to understand this," he says in the published video.

Subscribers of blogger Andrey Makovozov's Telegram channel, which has more than 32,000 subscribers, noted in their comments that the signs were installed late, and the shelters are far away and will not accommodate all people.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that in May, the administration of the Tuapse district published an official list of "buried premises" that residents are offered to use as shelters during drone attacks. Many of these premises are closed or cannot serve as shelters, Telegram users stated.
