Two residents of Gukovo were injured in a drone attack.

An apartment building was damaged by a drone in Gukovo. One person is under the rubble, and the rest of the residents have been evacuated.

According to the "Caucasian Knot," on the night of July 30, more than 40 drones were shot down in eight districts of the Rostov Region, authorities reported. Residential buildings were damaged in two villages, but no casualties were reported.

Two residents of Gukovo were injured in a drone attack, and the residents of the apartment building have been evacuated, Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar reported.

According to the official, the injured woman is already receiving medical assistance, and the second victim, a man, is still "under the rubble."

“Rescue operations are underway. A residential apartment building was damaged by a drone strike. The collision resulted in the destruction of the interfloor ceilings. Residents have been evacuated to a temporary accommodation center,” Slyusar wrote on his Telegram channel.

As of 3:50 AM Moscow time today, the Gukovo administration had not reported the situation at the scene or the number of evacuees on its official Telegram channel.

The governor added that drone fragments damaged private homes and a store in Bataysk, while drone debris set a forest fire in Rostov-on-Don. According to the official, there were no casualties in these cities, but “the drone threat remains in the Rostov Region.”

The Rostov Region is regularly subject to drone attacks. Thus, on the night of July 25, as a result of a drone attack, four people were wounded in Rostov-on-Don and one in the Krasnosulinsky district.
