Akhmad Kadirov - 1st registered candidate for Chechen presidency

Incumbent head of Chechnya Akhmad Kadirov has become the 1st registered presidential candidate in Chechnya. This was disclosed by Chechnya's Central Election Commission Secretary Ela Vakhitov on Wednesday.

According to Vakhitov, Kadirov was registered during a session of the Central Election Commission on Wednesday.
