Fuel supply at gas stations in the Volgograd region has been increased after car owners attempted to address Bastrykin.

The complaint regarding the decision to hold Sevastyanov administratively liable has not yet appeared on the court's website; by 00:01 on July 19, it was not in the case file. At the same time, the administrative protocol against Sevastyanov was considered in a few hours - at 11:49 the case was submitted to the judge, and a decision was made at the hearing at 14:10 Moscow time, according to the case file on the website of the Central District Court of Volgograd.

Meanwhile, the regional committee for industry and trade announced on its website another change in the fuel supply limit at the "Lukoil" gas station network. This information appeared on the official website of the agency.

"As of July 18, a decision has been made to once again increase the supply volume - now up to 40 liters per transaction. To minimize waiting, gas station operations are suspended only during the reception of fuel from tankers. Residents of the Volgograd region are asked to refuel their vehicles as needed, not in advance. Monitoring of the fuel market situation continues by the relevant agencies in the region in cooperation with the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Volgograd region," the agency reported.

It should be noted that participants in the video address stated that the theme of the address was inequality in access to fuel - officials fill their tanks using fuel cards, while residents are often simply denied. The lawyer pointed out that those gathered wanted to complain about high gasoline prices.

The fuel crisis arose against the backdrop of attacks on oil refineries, including those located in southern Russia. For example, on June 10, a fire occurred at the territory of a refinery in the village of Afipsky. On June 5, an oil depot in Ust-Labinsk caught fire, requiring the evacuation of residents from nearby houses. On June 2, a fire broke out at an oil refinery in the village of Ilsk in the Seversky district as a result of a drone attack. The fire was extinguished the same day.
