The Rostov Regional Court found no grounds to change the sentence of the former financial director of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" Felix Zakharcov, who was convicted of embezzlement of property while fulfilling a state defense order.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in mid-May the court sentenced the former financial director of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" in Rostov-on-Don Felix Zakharcov to four years and three months in a penal colony for embezzlement of property.

The Rostov Regional Court reviewed the appeal against the sentence of the former head of the planning and economic department of the Rostov Bearing Plant LLC "10-KPZ" Felix Zakharcov, writes "Kommersant" on July 16.

The sentence against Zakharcov, issued in May of this year, was appealed by the defense. The former manager admitted guilt and entered into a pre-trial agreement with the prosecution. The appellate instance found no grounds to change the sentence, and it has entered into legal force.
