The operational headquarters of the Krasnodar region reported today that on 11 beaches undergoing inspections before receiving permission to open, the layer of imported sand is more than 50 centimeters.

The blogger disagrees with the opinion that "the sea sand is lost."

"I have been observing storms in my hometown for many years; in winter, the waves reach the dunes. Over the winter, in fact, sand has been washed up from the sea everywhere, at least 10-30 centimeters. The new sand will be harder to wash away, up to half a meter, but the sea will definitely cope with it, as long as there are big waves in winter," he expressed hope.
