The sale of places in the queue for gas stations and sales restrictions have become a reality in Kuban.

The authorities of Kuban reported on restrictions on nighttime fuel sales and urged to minimize trips. In Krasnodar, against the backdrop of information about 44 out of 114 gas stations operating, places in the fuel queue began to be sold. In at least three municipalities, the authorities sent Cossacks and volunteers to gas stations to prevent conflicts in the fuel queues.

The governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratiev informed today that municipal administrations are recommended to organize the refueling process at gas stations. "To involve Cossacks and volunteers to maintain public discipline and optimize the operation of gas stations, regulate traffic flows," the message in his Telegram channel states.

"Gas station owners are recommended to designate gas stations where, from 3:00 to 6:00, only emergency, operational, and special services, as well as municipal vehicles, will be serviced. Also, to exclude limits on fuel dispensing for vehicles engaged in regular passenger transportation, as well as for vehicles of waste management operators," the governor added.

The mayor of Krasnodar urged to refuel the car with only the necessary amount of gasoline and to refrain from non-urgent trips. "If possible, adjust your usual routes and use public transport - primarily trams and trolleybuses," the message from the city's mayor Evgeny Naumov states.

According to him, the administration and subordinate institutions have optimized the use of petroleum products. Working trips have been minimized.

According to the MC of Krasnodar, fuel is available at 44 stations. Another 59 are not operating, and 11 are closed for repairs or rebranding. AI-92 is available at 38 gas stations; AI-95 is at 31 gas stations; AI-100 is at 20 gas stations. Diesel fuel is available at 42 gas stations, the structure states in its Telegram channel.

Thus, according to official data, fuel is available at only 38% of gas stations in Krasnodar, calculated "Caucasian Knot".

The information about the availability of fuel at gas stations in Yeysk was posted today by the administration of the Yeysk district in its Telegram channel.

There are 12 gas stations in the city. As of the evening of July 2, fuel is available to individuals at four gas stations. "AI-92 is available at 4 gas stations, AI-95 is available at 2 gas stations, and diesel is available at three. The gas station located at 50 Communist Street is closed for the replacement of fuel dispensers. Seven gas stations dispense fuel to special vehicles using fuel cards," the message states.

The administration of Novorossiysk reported that as of 17:00 on July 2, fuel is available at 18 gas stations in Novorossiysk, while another 15 gas stations are temporarily not dispensing fuel.

"By the owners' decision, restrictions have been introduced at all gas stations - fuel is dispensed only into fuel tanks and not more than 20/30/60/100/200 liters per vehicle. According to the administration of Novopokrovsky district, fuel is available at three out of eight gas stations, according to data in the district administration's TG channel.

In Uspensky district, three out of 9 gas stations are operating, and at one of the operating gas stations, according to the administration's report, only diesel fuel is for sale.

Thus, in the specified municipalities and Krasnodar, 80 out of 186 gas stations are operating, which is 43% of the gas stations, calculated "Caucasian Knot".
