The court in Grozny considered the contractor's video about pressure from commanders to be fakes.

The Grozny garrison military court sentenced resident of Luhansk Dmitry Solomko to two years probation in a case about military fakes. The reason for the criminal case was a video on the contractor's Telegram channel, in which he spoke about pressure from the command, lack of treatment, and refusal to conduct a medical commission.

In June 2024, Solomko was injured in the leg, after which he was transferred to a reserve battalion with a knee injury. According to the serviceman, the wounded in the reserve battalion who walked with crutches were not treated, but were immediately put into service.

Later, Solomko deleted both the video and the Telegram channel at the request of the commanders.

Solomko learned that a criminal case had been opened against him for military fakes a year after the video was published, when an investigator from Luhansk called him. He does not know why his case was considered by the court in Grozny - he attended three hearings via video conference. Solomko admitted his guilt.

As a result, on June 29, the Grozny garrison military court found the serviceman guilty and sentenced him to two years probation, reports "Mediazona" (recognized as a foreign agent).

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Military Court in Grozny sentenced contractor serviceman Idrisov to six years in prison, finding him guilty of desertion.
