Gasoline shortages and holiday restrictions have affected Kuban resorts.

Only a handful of gas stations are operating in the Krasnodar Krai, and some have imposed restrictions on sales "at the discretion of the owners," according to city and regional authorities, including Novorossiysk, Sochi, and Gelendzhik.

As reported by "Kavkazsky Uzel," problems with train service and gasoline in Crimea have led to an increase in tourist traffic to Anapa, according to tour operators. Gasoline has also become difficult to buy in Anapa, according to a local blogger. Gasoline problems in Anapa may force people to abandon the idea of ​​visiting the resort, commentators said.

In Krasnodar, 55 gas stations were operating on June 28, the city's Municipal Control Center reported today on its Telegram channel.

The publication notes that AI-92 gasoline is available at 41 stations, AI-95 at 40 stations, AI-100 at 41 stations, and diesel fuel at 45 stations.

"At a number of gas stations, by decision of the owners, restrictions have been introduced - fuel is only poured into tanks. Another 47 gas stations are temporarily not dispensing fuel, and eight facilities are closed for repairs/rebranding," the publication states.

In the Temryuk district, 27 gas stations were operating on the morning of June 28. Ten gas stations are temporarily shutting down.

"A number of gas stations have imposed restrictions by decision of their owners – fuel is only being dispensed into fuel tanks," the district administration reported on its Telegram channel.

AI-100 is available at 11 stations, AI-95 at 16 stations, AI-92 at 13 stations, and diesel fuel at 15 stations.

In Novorossiysk, 13 gas stations are operating, while another 21 have suspended operations, the city administration reported on its Max channel. All operating stations have limits on the number of vehicles per vehicle, depending on the type and make of the vehicle. Several gas stations, however, dispense fuel using fuel cards.

According to the Sochi City Hall, there are 58 gas stations in the resort, 46 of which are operating regularly. Eight Gazpromneft and NTK gas stations are not dispensing fuel because the fuel is first delivered to Gazprom gas stations before being shipped to partners. Four Rosneft and Lukoil gas stations are closed for scheduled maintenance and rebranding at various times.

"Due to increased demand associated with the increased flow of tourists by car, as well as artificial excitement, fuel restrictions per vehicle (per receipt) are in effect in Sochi: · at Rosneft gas stations – up to 30 liters of gasoline and 30 liters of diesel, limited dispensing in containers; · at Lukoil gas stations – 20 liters of gasoline and 60 liters of diesel, limited dispensing in containers;  at Gazpromneft and Gazprom gas stations – up to 30 liters of gasoline and 60 liters of diesel, limited dispensing in containers," the resort's mayor's office reported on its Telegram channel.

In Gelendzhik At 11 gas stations, you can only fill up the tank and a limited amount "at the discretion of the owners." AI-100 is available at 4 stations, AI-95 at 5 stations, AI-92 at 5 stations, and diesel fuel at 11 stations. Another gas station is temporarily dispensing diesel fuel only. Three stations are dispensing 20 liters of fuel, the Gelendzhik mayor's office reported on its VKontakte page. In Goryachy Klyuch, 12 of the 14 operating stations have introduced restrictions, and three more have stopped dispensing. At two Gazprom AZS stations on the M-4 Don Federal Highway (at the entrance and exit from Goryachiy Klyuch toward Krasnodar), gasoline canisters are available for purchase, but the maximum capacity is 20 liters, according to the city administration's VKontakte page. There are 15 gas stations operating in the Tuapse District, four of which have imposed restrictions by decision of their owners: three stations sell no more than 90 liters per vehicle. One station sells no more than 20 liters per vehicle. AI-100 is available at 14 gas stations, AI-95 at 11 gas stations, AI-92 at 9 gas stations, and diesel fuel at 14 gas stations, according to the mayor's office's Telegram channel.

Authorities in all localities are urging "not to hoard fuel or create artificial hype."
