Krasnodar Krai authorities have demanded that the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G.M. Beriev pay nearly 10 million rubles for land lease.

As reported by the Caucasian Knot, on August 19, 2022, a court in Taganrog sentenced Yuri Grudinin, former general director of the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G.M. Beriev, to two years and six months in prison on charges of two counts of fraud totaling 5.1 million rubles. In December 2023, Grudinin was also found guilty of abuse of office and sentenced to five years in prison. For the two convictions combined, he was sentenced to six years in a general regime penal colony.

The Krasnodar Krai Department of Property Relations demanded that PJSC Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G.M. Beriev pay 9.6 million rubles, Donnews.ru reported on June 13, citing the press service of the Arbitration Court of Rostov Oblast.

The plaintiff claims that the authorities of the Tuapse District entered into a lease agreement with the company for a non-agricultural plot of land. At the same time, TANTK fails to fulfill its obligations to pay rent on time.

There is indeed a children's health camp called "Raduga" in the village of Tyumensky in the Tuapse District, which belongs to the company and is its separate division.
