Kadyrov boasted of an order for the development of the cement industry.

Ramzan Kadyrov's collection of awards has been expanded with a 1st-degree Order "For Special Contribution to the Development of the Cement Industry of the Russian Federation" from the Union of Cement Producers.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot," Ramzan Kadyrov received his previous award on April 6, when Dzhambulat Umarov, President of the Chechen Academy of Sciences, presented him with the medal "For Contribution to the Development of Science." Kadyrov became the first person to receive this award. Facebook* and Instagram* users met the award with ridicule, considering Kadyrov's scientific achievements exaggerated.

Ramzan Kadyrov added an order from the Union of Cement Producers to his collection of awards. The award was presented to him by the organization's executive director, Daria Martynkina, during her visit to Chechnya.

Kadyrov wrote about his working meeting with Martynkina and plans to expand the Chechencement plant on his Telegram channel. He reported that the head of the Union of Cement Producers had inspected the progress of construction of the new cement plant, where "about 90% of the main work has already been completed," and "without the participation of unfriendly countries." After expansion, Chechencement is expected to be able to produce up to 1 million tons of cement per year.

"It was a pleasure to receive the 1st degree Order "For Special Contribution to the Development of the Cement Industry of the Russian Federation" from Daria Martynkina. I am grateful to her for such a high assessment of our work," Kadyrov wrote.

In August 2025, journalists counted that Ramzan Kadyrov had received more than 30 awards since the beginning of the Russian operation in Ukraine in 2022. His son Adam ranks second in the number of awards, and his daughter Aishat ranks third. Among the awards Ramzan Kadyrov received during this period are the Order "For Merit to Dentistry" (2022), the "Excellent Ambulance Worker" medal (2024), and the gold and silver medals "For Merit in Improving the Safety of Nuclear Power Plants" (2025).
