Andrey Korobka's business partners lost billions of rubles in corrupt assets.

The Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar has seized the assets of former Kuban Legislative Assembly deputies Sergei Fursa, Alexei Sidyukov, and associated individuals who engaged in illegal activities with former Krasnodar Krai Vice Governor Andrei Korobka.

As reported by Kavkazsky Uzel, on April 7, the Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar upheld the Prosecutor General's Office's claim to confiscate and seize the assets of Andrei Korobka and his trusted individuals. More than 20 people were defendants in the suit: the official himself, his relatives, and other associates, including his personal bodyguard. The court also dismissed the arrested official from his post.

Until 2012, the revenue of the small businesses Fursa and Sidyukov owned in the Krasnodar Krai did not exceed 10 million rubles, but after coming to power, they began running an illegal business together with Andrei Korobka. This rapidly improved their financial situation thanks to state and municipal property, the press service of the Krasnodar Krai courts reported today on their Telegram channel.

"On Korobka's orders, 17,000 hectares of land were transferred to his partners for free use. A large agricultural enterprise, Vasyurinsky MPC, was seized through corporate raiding, which controls 25,000 hectares of fertile land in the Dinsky and Goryacheklyuchevsky districts worth over 20 billion rubles," the press service said in a statement.

According to the prosecutor's office's lawsuit, housing construction became another area of ​​corrupt enrichment for the deputies: with Korobka's support, a land plot in the historic part of Krasnodar was re-registered for development, allowing Sidyukov's firms to build the luxury residential complexes "Vse Svoi" and "Vse Svoi-VIP" on it.

As a result, Sidyukov amassed assets worth 62.5 billion rubles, and Fursa, over 19 billion rubles. The court upheld the prosecutor's claims and forfeited their assets: 318 residential properties, 43 non-residential properties, 139 land plots, and the authorized capital of 81 commercial organizations.

The defendants' property registered to other individuals, their cash and bank accounts, vehicles, securities, jewelry, and other luxury items are also subject to confiscation.

The "Caucasian Knot" also reported that property worth over 330 million rubles, registered to former Vice Governor of Kuban, Anna Minkova, and her relatives, has been forfeited.
