Three private homes were destroyed in a Chechen village due to landslides.

In the village of Baitarki, three houses were completely destroyed by landslides, residents of the nearby 10 houses were evacuated, and roads were also damaged.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," more than 100 houses were completely destroyed during the flooding in Chechnya, and over 3,000 more were damaged. Residents of the republic filed 2,400 claims for compensation. By April 3, the water had receded from all flooded residential buildings and garden plots in Chechnya. On April 5, it was reported that eight houses were damaged by a landslide in the village of Ilskhan-Yurt in the Kurchaloy District. Chechen authorities have recognized at least 127 families as needing new housing.

Chechnya's leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, reported on his Telegram channel on the evening of April 6 that he visited the outskirts of the village of Yarysh-Mardy, where a section of the road is closed due to a landslide. He said the road is being cleared, but the situation is considered complex due to the volume of landslide and the terrain.
