The assets of the head of the Krasnodar Krai Ministry of Health have been seized.

As part of a lawsuit filed by the Krasnodar Prosecutor's Office, bailiffs seized the property of Yevgeny Filippov, head of the Krasnodar Krai Ministry of Health, who was arrested on fraud charges.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," Yevgeny Filippov, Minister of Health of the Krasnodar Territory, was detained on March 17. He is accused of large-scale fraud and taken into custody. On March 21, the prosecutor's office demanded that Filippov's land plots, houses, and apartments be handed over to the state.

Bailiffs, acting on a lawsuit filed by the Krasnodar Prosecutor's Office, have seized Yevgeny Filippov's assets, RIA Novosti reported today, citing bailiff documents.

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar issued a writ of execution to seize the minister's property, and enforcement proceedings have been initiated based on it, with the subject matter being "seizure."

As a reminder, on January 27, security officials conducted an investigation with Anna Minkova, former Deputy Governor of Kuban. She was later detained on suspicion of committing corruption crimes, and the court placed Minkova under house arrest. The Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit to seize Minkova's property, worth more than 330 million rubles, for state use.
