A drone attack was recorded in the Rostov region.

Drones were shot down in nine districts of the Rostov Region overnight and this morning. According to the governor, there were no injuries.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on the night of March 17, drones were destroyed in the Kamensky District of the Rostov Region, Governor Yuri Slyusar reported. He said there were no injuries. The Ministry of Defense reported six UAVs shot down in the region.

Last night and morning, the Rostov Region was subjected to a "massive air attack," Yuri Slyusar reported on his Telegram channel at 6:50 a.m. Moscow time.

"About ninety UAVs were shot down in nine districts of the region: Chertkovsky, Millerovsky, Tarasovsky, Bokovsky, Milyutinsky, Sholokhovsky, Kasharsky, Krasnosulinsky, and Kamensky. There were no reports of casualties or damage on the ground," he wrote.

As a reminder, on January 14, an air attack in Rostov-on-Don caused fires in homes and an industrial facility. One person was killed and four others, including a four-year-old child, were hospitalized. The military reported shooting down 25 drones in the region that day.

The Rostov Region has banned filming aerial attacks and their aftermath, air defense operations, and military unit locations. The corresponding governor's decree was published on the "Caucasian Knot."
