The court confiscated the property of the former deputy head of the Stavropol administration.

The Stavropol Krai Prosecutor's Office has discovered property worth 20 million rubles belonging to Denis Kravchenko, the former deputy head of the Stavropol administration, which he acquired while serving in municipal service.

At the request of the regional prosecutor, property whose legality has not been confirmed has been seized from the former official's property.

The prosecutor's office has established that Denis Kravchenko, the former deputy head of the Stavropol city administration, acquired three apartments, three foreign-made cars, a garage, and a parking space during his municipal service, the agency's press service reported today on its Telegram channel.

Denis Kravchenko accumulated assets exceeding his official income and registered some of his property in the names of close relatives to conceal his ownership. The prosecutor's office conducted an investigation under anti-corruption legislation and determined that the purchases occurred during his service.

"By decision of the Leninsky District Court of Stavropol, the demands of the supervisory authority were satisfied. After the court decision comes into force, the regional prosecutor's office will oversee its implementation," the statement reads.

Denis Kravchenko served as deputy head of the Stavropol administration from September 2020 and was dismissed in May 2024 at his own request. In December 2025, the regional prosecutor's office successfully secured the official's dismissal due to loss of trust.

The supervisory authority clarified that on December 15, 2025, following a lawsuit filed by the Stavropol prosecutor, the reason for his dismissal was amended to "loss of trust." The reason for the vote of no confidence was the free provision of a municipal plot of land worth over 500,000 rubles to the partner of a former official.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Leninsky District Court of Stavropol remanded in custody the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Stavropol Territory in a case of multimillion-ruble embezzlement during the organization of the All-Russian Creative Festival of Working Youth.
