Telegram users found the dismissal of a Kuban official insufficient.

Andrei Antonenko, deputy head of the Kalininsky District of Krasnodar Krai, was fired after a video appeared online in which he insulted and threatened rescue workers. Telegram users are confident that Antonenko should be held criminally responsible.

The deputy head of a district in Kuban was fired for rude behavior toward rescue team employees, Viktor Kuzminov, head of the Kalininsky District, announced on his Telegram channel on January 10.

"On December 30, 2025, my first deputy, Andrey Grigorievich Antonenko, while on the territory of the Rescue Team, committed rude and inappropriate behavior toward its employees. I consider such a violation of the professional ethics of a municipal employee unacceptable. I have decided to dismiss Antonenko from his position on January 12," he said.

According to a video previously published by Kub_Mash, the official, liberally using obscene language, declared that he was currently in charge of the district and added that he would shoot everyone. The man he spoke to asked why he was intoxicated on the detachment's premises if he was responsible.

This video should serve as the basis for at least a procedural investigation by law enforcement agencies.

Telegram users considered the dismissal an insufficient punishment for the official.

Antonenko from his position was made on December 30, 2025. In accordance with Article 14, 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, dismissal can be made on the next working day, which is January 12. He will not receive any illegal payments.
