Authorities have counted 13 damaged residential buildings in Krasnodar.

A drone attack caused a fire in Belorechensk, while 13 private homes and several cars were damaged in Krasnodar. Authorities promised to help residents restore broken windows by the New Year.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot", on the night of December 29, a drone attack damaged two houses in the Kuban village of Kushchevskaya and three private houses in the Krasnodar village of Industrialny.

In Belorechensk, "drone debris" fell on the territory of an industrial enterprise, the Kuban operational headquarters reported on its Telegram channel.

"As a result, a pipe in one of the workshops was damaged, and a fire occurred in "The fire, which was quickly extinguished, covered an area of 20 square meters. There were no casualties," the report stated.

The task force also clarified the number of damaged homes in Krasnodar. "Based on a door-to-door survey, damage was found in 13 private homes – windows were broken, and in one case, a fence was also damaged," the report stated.

Mostly, windows were broken.

Krasnodar Mayor Yevgeny Naumov also announced the same number. "I began the last staff meeting this year with the issue of addressing the consequences of the overnight drone attack in the village of Industrialny. Most importantly, no residents were injured, and no relocation was required. A door-to-door search at night revealed that 13 private homes were damaged, mostly with broken windows," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the official, several cars were also damaged by shrapnel from the drone. "Today, services will assess the damage and begin cleaning the area. We will also assist residents with window restoration so they can celebrate the New Year in warmth and comfort," the mayor said.

As of 10:50 Moscow time, no comments have been posted under the posts by the task force and Yevgeny Naumov.

As a reminder, on December 14, Kuban authorities reported that during a drone attack, "drone debris" damaged five private homes in the village of Afipsky. A power line was also downed.

This village is home to an oil refinery, which has been repeatedly targeted by drones. On November 29, an aerial attack caused a fire at the refinery, and workers were evacuated. The fire was extinguished that same day.
