An Emergency Ministry representative announced the completion of cofferdam installations.

All three cofferdams have already been installed over the sunken parts of the ships, the deputy head of the Kuban Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. Bloggers expressed hope that the protective structures will withstand the approaching storm.

Blogger Max Anapsky published an official response from Yaroslav Gorodetsky, First Deputy Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Krasnodar Territory, to one of his subscribers on his Telegram channel, who sent an appeal to the governor of the Krasnodar Territory via a direct line. A storm with high waves is forecast for Anapa in the coming days.
