Adam Kadyrov called the murder of a schoolboy in Odintsovo the result of hate speech on social media.

Chechnya's Security Council Secretary Adam Kadyrov expressed his condolences to the schoolboy's family three days after his murder in Odintsovo. He stated that the incident was the result of years of hate propaganda against people from Central Asia and the Caucasus.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," the nationalist nature of the murder of a 10-year-old Tajik native in a school near Moscow demonstrated the failure of nationalities policy in Russia. The "Russian Community" condemned the incident, but users of Dagestani and Chechen Telegram channels pointed out that the role of such public groups in instilling Islamophobia as the norm for years was their contribution.

Adam Kadyrov's condolences and comments regarding the murder of a 10-year-old schoolboy in Odintsovo were reported by the Grozny State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. "I wholeheartedly express my most sincere condolences to the boy's family and friends. He expressed confidence that "the justice system will take into account the gravity of the crime and impose the harshest punishment prescribed by law."

Kadyrov stated that the crime was the result of rhetoric on social media.

"Who has been sowing the poison of hatred towards people from Central Asia and the Caucasus in the information space for years? Whose sermons of intolerance poison minds, turning teenagers into instruments of evil? It was precisely in the communities of these preachers of hatred that, after the tragedy, they mocked the memory of a child and the suffering of people," he said, pointing out that in Russia "there can be no place for hostility based on nationality or religion," according to a statement published on the television company's website.
