A soldier from the Astrakhan region was killed in the SVO zone.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by October 1, authorities and security forces had named 617 fighters from the Astrakhan region killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

Zolotov was born on May 16, 1987, in the village of Oranzherei. He graduated from Oranzherei Secondary School. After graduating, he went into business. He signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense and served in the Donetsk and Lugansk areas. Private Alik Edikovich Zolotov, a rifleman and combat engineer, was killed during a special military operation, the Ikryaninsky District administration reported on its Telegram channel.

Thus, at least 617 soldiers from the Astrakhan Region have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
