Prosecutor-General's Office of Azerbaijan allowed Eldar Salaev to leave abroad for medical treatment

On September 30, Academician Eldar Salaev will leave for Turkey to continue his treatment. The Prosecutor-General's Office of Azerbaijan gave him a permit again to go abroad. Academician's son Elman Salaev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that Eldar Salaev will go to a hospital in Istanbul. After treating his right eye, he will start treating the left one. So far, the Academician's health is normal.

We remind you that last October E. Salaev was arrested on allegations of involvement in a coup d'etat attempt in Azerbaijan. Then, his freedom restriction measure was changed, and the Academician was released. But his accusations were not removed. In May this year, E. Salaev was allowed by the Prosecutor-General's Office of Azerbaijan to go to the USA to get his treatment.
