Two militants killed in Dagestan

Today, about eight in the morning, a special operation was launched in Pervomaiskoye village of the Khasavyurt District, aimed at liquidation of the militants who hid in one of the houses, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has informed.

On request to surrender, the militants opened fire on militiamen. As a result of the storm, two supposed militants were killed. The Khasavyurt District Department of Interior (ROVD) has reported that the person of one of them is established - Omar Magomedov, a resident of Pervomaiskoye, born in 1984. The casualties were members of the Shelkovskoj Jama'at and suspected of participating in a series of attempts on the employees of the Ministries of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Russia, Dagestan and Chechen Republic. According to certain sources, the owner of the house has also perished, but the cause of his death is not established, the "Gazeta.Ru" informs.

In the course of the special operation, two militiamen were wounded. A Kalashnikov and two pistols used by the militants were found in the place of the skirmish.
