Azerbaijan will resume ANS TV Channel broadcasting

Operation of the ANS TV and Radio Company will restart in Azerbaijan. The Company itself has informed the correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot" about the fact. In the words of Ms. Sevil Nurieva, one of the leading journalists of the Channel, the decision has been made today by the National Board for Television and Radio Broadcasting (NBTRB). S. Nurieva has noted that today morning the managers of the TV Company were invited to the NBTRB and informed about the decision to resume the broadcasting of the Channel.

The correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot" has managed to learn at the NBTRB that the Board has indeed made the decision, and it will make a special statement today.

We note here that Ilkham Aliev, president of Azerbaijan, in his recent interview to State Television could not exclude a possibility for the ANS TV Company to continue its activity.

We remind you that broadcasting of the ANS was stopped by decision of the National Board for Television and Radio Broadcasting (NBTRB) on November 24 this year.
