Dagestani Minister for Nationalities and Information was killed as result of car explosion

Dagestani Minister for Nationalities and Information Magomedsalikh Gusayev has been killed in a terrorist act in Makhachkala early in the morning today.

An explosive device went off as a Volga car was carrying the minister to his office. Early reports said there had been casualties. Police were rushed to the scene of the terrorist act.
