Kadyrov offers money to residents of Ingushetia for information about militants

President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has unexpectedly arrived to Ingushetia, where he met Rashid Gaisanov, temporary head of the republic, as reported by a source in the government of Ingushetia. Mr Kadyrov has offered remuneration to residents of Ingushetia for information about any prepared terror acts and militants' whereabouts.

After the meeting, acting President of Ingushetia Rashid Gaisanov spoke positive about Kadyrov's visit. "Ramzan came to support us in very hard time; he came to say his words of support and offer particular help," he said.

According to Mr Gaisanov, Kadyrov has assured that work they had started with Yunus-Bek Evkurov in several recent months will not just continue, but become stronger.

"Residents of Ingushetia shall inform the leadership about any known fact of crime preparation. Should anyone fail to regard it as his or her civil duty, we're ready to pay for any information about terrorists," the "Gzt.ru" quotes Mr Kadyrov as saying.

Besides, President of Chechnya decided to decorate with the supreme award of the Chechen republic - Kadyrov Order - the security of President of Ingushetia who pulled Yunus-Bek Evkurov out of the burning car, the "Interfax" reports.

Today, Mr Kadyrov has also stated that members of illegal armed formations in Chechnya should not rely on amnesty.

"I told our participants of operations that they should not even put their life at risk, trying to detain anyone. They should be just liquidated, all of them. In this we are supported by people of Ingushetia and Chechnya," Ramzan Kadyrov has added. He believes that a barrier should be set on the way of foreign mercenaries penetrating to the Caucasus, "who aren't mercenaries but special agents," the "Gazeta.Ru" writes.

Today, acting President of Ingushetia Rashid Gaisanov promised 5 million roubles for any information about the persons involved in the attempt on President Yunus-Bek Evkurov.
