Murtazali Gasanguseinov released from police with apologies

Murtazali Gasanguseinov, the father of the assassinated Gasanguseinov brothers, was taken from the Sovietsky ROVD (Interior Division) to the Makhachkala MIA Department, from where he was released with apologies.
