The heads of the republics of the North Caucasus congratulated Kadyrov on his electoral record.

The head of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kazbek Kokov, called Ramzan Kadyrov's victory in the elections in Chechnya "convincing," while the acting head of Dagestan, Fyodor Shchukin, called it "brilliant" and "unconditional."

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in the elections for the head of Chechnya, 99.85% of the votes were cast for Ramzan Kadyrov, while his opponents, Ismail Denilkhanov and Khalid Nakaev, received 0.05% each, the Central Election Commission reported after processing 100% of the ballots. This result became Kadyrov's record.

The leaders of the North Caucasus republics congratulated Ramzan Kadyrov on his victory in the elections for the head of Chechnya. The heads of Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan, Ingushetia, North Ossetia, and Karachay-Cherkessia published posts in their Telegram channels praising Kadyrov, although he did not publicly congratulate any of his colleagues.

The acting head of Dagestan, Fyodor Shchukin, mentioned Kadyrov's record result in his publication, calling his victory "brilliant" and "unconditional."

"99.85% of the votes is not just dry statistics. It is the voice of the people, sounding powerfully and unanimously; it is evidence of sincere trust and deep support given by the Chechen people to their leader," Shchukin wrote, adding that Vladimir Putin highly values Kadyrov's merits.

Kazbek Kokov, who called Kadyrov his "dear brother," considered his victory in the elections "convincing," and the choice of the Chechen people as "fateful." "I am sure that the Chechen people made a wise decision," he wrote, also mentioning Putin's "high trust" in Kadyrov.

Rashid Temrezov, declaring Kadyrov his "friend and brother," characterized his victory in the elections as "absolute," and also emphasized Putin's support for Kadyrov.

"The residents of Chechnya have once again entrusted their republic to a person who enjoys the unconditional trust of the people (...) A wise leader and creator, he reliably ensures security and stability in his native republic," praised Kadyrov the head of Karachay-Cherkessia in his post.

The head of North Ossetia, Sergey Menyaylo, congratulating Kadyrov on his election victory, noted that under his leadership, "the region has lived a peaceful life for many years, is developing, and looks confidently into the future." "This decision by the residents speaks of trust and confidence that the work begun will continue," he wrote.

The most restrained in his praises for Kadyrov was the head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov: he was the only one who did not dedicate a separate post to the head of Chechnya, but congratulated three colleagues at once – Temrezov, Kadyrov, and Menyaylo. All congratulations addressed to Ramzan Kadyrov included wishes for "good health."

As of 22.07 MSK today, Ramzan Kadyrov has not published congratulations to the heads of neighboring republics in his Telegram channel. In a day, he wrote only two posts: one about his nephew Turpal-Ali, the other – congratulating VTB President Andrey Kostin on his birthday.

The turnout results in a number of regions of the North Caucasus are fabricated, believes electoral analyst Ivan Shukshin (included in the Russian register of foreign agents). Significant violations were also reported by various Telegram channels that recorded the course of the elections.
