As a result of the drone attack last night, 472 apartments in 73 apartment buildings and 69 private households were damaged. Six households in the Eastern District were damaged almost to the foundation.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", last night, according to the governor of Krasnodar Krai, Veniamin Kondratiev, four people were killed in the drone attack on Novorossiysk, including a child, and another 29 people were injured. According to the Ministry of Health, 28 people were hospitalized, including two children. As a result of the attack, residential buildings, a clinic, enterprises, and educational institutions were damaged.

In Novorossiysk, preliminary results of the elimination of the consequences of the drone attack have been summarized. The head of the city, Andrey Kravchenko, listened to reports from the heads of the intra-city districts, reports the publication BFM.ru.

According to preliminary information, 472 apartments in 73 apartment buildings and 69 private households were damaged. At the same time, the information is still being clarified. In most apartment buildings, glazing and common property were damaged.

Kravchenko instructed to prioritize closing damaged window openings to protect the premises from possible precipitation. "We are considering all possible options for the quickest restoration of damages. I set the task to work with management companies on the possibility of carrying out repair work at their expense," Kravchenko wrote in his Telegram channel.

According to the city head, the most serious destruction was recorded in six households in the Eastern District - they were damaged almost to the foundation. Since morning, utility crews and management companies have been clearing the adjacent territories: collecting shards, concrete, and brick debris. In areas requiring additional assistance, volunteers will be involved, and rescue teams will be attracted to clear the rubble from the destroyed houses.

"Cleaning is being completed in the areas of social facilities that were damaged. Kindergartens No. 10 and No. 22 will resume work tomorrow, except for groups where window replacement is required. I instructed to start restoring social facilities as soon as possible," the official's message states.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that Krasnodar Krai is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Thus, on August 12, as a result of a drone attack, three people were killed, and another 24 were injured. In Novorossiysk, more than 90 residential buildings were damaged, and two of the three grain terminals in the port suspended operations.
