Five people were hospitalized after a drone attack in the Volgograd region.

Drone strikes damaged an apartment building and a private home. Fires were reported at an industrial facility in the fuel and energy sector.

According to Caucasian Knot, at least ten people were injured in a drone attack on the night of June 27 against an industrial facility in the Krasnooktyabrsky District of Volgograd. Authorities later clarified that a 52-year-old female employee of the company was killed in the attack in Volgograd.

Tonight, air defense units repelled a massive drone attack on targets in the Volgograd Region, the Volgograd Region administration press service reported on Telegram, citing Governor Andrei Bocharov.

Damage to civilian infrastructure was recorded: an apartment building in the Traktorozavodsky District of Volgograd and a private home in the Krasnoarmeysky District. A drone strike caused fires overnight at an industrial facility in the fuel and energy complex in southern Volgograd, as well as at warehouses in the Dzerzhinsky district.

"Emergency services are currently working at the scene, and fire suppression efforts are ongoing. Five victims have been hospitalized and are receiving all necessary medical care," the report stated.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that on May 29, a man was killed and a woman was seriously injured as a result of a drone strike overnight at a synthetic fiber plant in Volzhsky. Another person was injured when UAV debris fell on a residential building in Volgograd.
