Residents of the gardening partnership in Dagestan asked to protect their plots.

Residents of the gardening partnership "Nadezhda" in the Karabudakhkent district recorded a video appeal to the leadership of Dagestan, asking for intervention in the situation related to land disputes. Numerous appeals to other authorities have not yielded results.

Members of the gardening partnership "Nadezhda" appealed to the acting head of Dagestan, Fedor Shchukin, and the chairman of the government, Magomed Ramazanov, for the protection of the legal rights of the partnership members.

The video appeal was published by the Telegram channel "News NNT", which has over 20,000 subscribers. By 06:30 Moscow time, the publication had gained over 700 views.

"Dear Fedor Vyacheslavovich and Magomed Israfilovich, we, representatives of the gardening partnership "Nadezhda" in the Karabudakhkent district. On behalf of the members of the non-profit gardening partnership, we appeal to you for assistance in resolving an acute and prolonged problem that affects the property rights and legal interests of dozens of families. The situation is worsening every day, and land conflicts may arise on this basis," the gathered residents lament in the video.

According to the appellants, for a long time, there has been a complicated situation in the partnership with the duplication of title documents for the same land plots. Unknown individuals, who are not on the lists of the gardening partnership, are illegally seizing land plots in court using forged documents, as well as illegally blocking streets, thus creating a cadastral collapse.

"We have a question about how court decisions contain extracts from the liquidated in 2018 gardening partnership "Medik" of the city of Kaspiysk, which were certified by the chairman of this partnership after 2020. As a result of such unlawful actions, legal uncertainty arises, and a ground for abuse is created. Moreover, claims are made on the land plots belonging to the members of our partnership by individuals who have no relation to the gardening partnership "Nadezhda," their appeal states.

Residents emphasize that this leads to constant conflicts, legal disputes, and creates an atmosphere of legal insecurity. Currently, members of the partnership have repeatedly appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Karabudakhkent district, as well as to the district court, but the problem is not being systematically resolved, and the situation is worsening.

"We believe that for a fair resolution of the situation, coordination at the republican level is required. In particular, we ask you to take personal control of resolving this problem of our gardening partnership, to create a working group to analyze and eliminate contradictions in the information about the land plots, to conduct a legal examination of the documents, and to organize a meeting of representatives of the authorities with the initiative group of our partnership to discuss specific steps to solve the problem," the members of the partnership demanded.

According to the chairman of the public organization "Memory of the Mountains" in the city of Kaspiysk, participants of the special military operation have repeatedly approached him regarding the problem of these land plots.

"I was asked to come here and tell that they have problems with the land plots. The problem is that everyone who purchased these plots is essentially not the owner of the land. Each plot has two or three owners. A strong request to the head of the republic, if possible, to take this pressing issue under control, as we have already appealed to all authorities," he said.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that residents of the village of Gulli in the Kaytagsky district recorded a video appeal to the acting head of Dagestan, Fedor Shchukin, demanding to close the lime production plant and send a commission to the district to check the officials.
